OBJECTIVE

The objective is to build a helmet for doctors to be used the time of surgery. The system comprises of a charger and a battery apart from helmet. Charging the battery to its optimum working capacity is also a key task.

PROJECT SCOPE

The project essentially aims to debug and test the existing firmware which aimed at proper functioning of helmet and also helmet's battery charger.
  1. Helmet
  • to provide light to see object of interest. Light intensity is controlled through two keys
  • to provide air ventilation to the surgeon's head. Fan spped is controllable through two keys.
  • to provide for communication between surgeons

  1. Battery to run the helmet .
  2. Charger to charge battery, detect fake/damaged/old batteries

KRITIKAL'S ROLE

KritiKal followed a modular approach while testing and bug fixing of Flyte T6. Following tests were implemented.
  1. Power electronic testing & bug fixing of battery.
  2. Communication(I2C & 1 wire) between helmet,charger & battery
  3. Communication(UART) between helmet,charger & battery to PC.
