Job Responsibilties:
The incumbent would be responsible for independently managing the entire gamut of sales operation of the assigned
 Govt./Defense/PSU ans corporate accounts thereby achieving the sales target as set at the commencement. 
The individual is required to : 
  • Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of KritiKal products/services in the southern part of India.
  • Develop regional sales plan, sales targets, formulate marketing strategy for the region.
  • Collecting information about competitor’s strategies and their pricing techniques.
  • Manage sales and marketing functions in coordination with the sales team at corporate office at the regional level.
  • Handling the Govt. vertical, so well known with the dynamics of Government sector. 
  • Managing relationship with system integrators to ensure horizontal penetration into accounts.
  • Devising and implementing sound business strategies/promotional programmes so as to explore new markets for the product.
  • Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat purchases upgrades and cross sales of KritiKal products and solutions.
  • Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting them to satisfied customer. 
  • Reviewing outstanding payment & collecting the same.
Skill Set Required:

B.E/ B.Tech preferably in Electronics or Computer Science would be preferred with minimum 2-5 years of experience

in selling IT Products/applications  in Government/PSU's/Defense and Corporate sector. The candidate must have :

  • Good oral & written communication skills and excellent Presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of various products in the IT industry.
  • Basic knowledge of S/W development.
  • Should possess excellent leadership qualities and zeal to excel in work.
  • The ability to coordinate with OEM and customer to position various products.
  • Deep knowledge in the process of tendering process in PSU & Govt.
  • Understand all DGS&D Order Processing.
  • The ability to support the customer on regional level on sales as well as support prospective.
  • The ability to assessment and understand competitors week point in large tendering/ bidding process.
