Jay Tandon
Jay Tandon is currently the CEO and co-founder of Nuvowatt. Prior to Nuvowatt, Jay was the founder and President of Celetronix, an EMS provider that was acquired by Jabil Circuits. Jay served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Systems, which he founded in 1985. Subsequently renamed Cortech Systems, the Company designed, manufactured and marketed switch mode power supplies. Mr. Tandon also founded and served as CEO and President of Tandon Associates from December 1978 to July 1993 as well as Tantec, Inc. from March 1992 to August 1993. Both companies are involved in the manufacture and sale of components for the disk drive industry. Prior to founding the above-mentioned companies, Jay served in various capacities at Intel, Memorex and Amdahl. Jay graduated from the University of Santa Clara with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
 
Naren Bansal
Naren Bansal is a co-founder of Nuvowatt, a designer of Solar micro inverters and other power solutions. Naren has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, information technology and management in high-tech companies. Until 2001 Naren was at Golden systems [DBA Cortech Systems] as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Golden Systems was a leading designer and manufacturer of power supplies. Naren began his career at Golden systems in 1991. He held VP Engineering and VP Sales position prior to becoming its President in 1998. In 2001 Golden was acquired by Celetronix. At Celetronix, Naren was the key player to identify and acquire EOS Corp, a designer and manufacturer of high efficiency power supplies. Jabil circuits acquired Celetronix in 2006.
Prior to above Naren was with Tandon Associates, where he held positions within both engineering and program management. Tandon Associates was a leading provider of Head Stack assemblies to the Western Digital. Naren earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India
