Dr. M. Balakrishnan - Chairman - Board of Directors and Co-Founder
Dr. Balakrishnan has been a faculty at IIT Delhi for more than two decades and is currently the Deputy Director (faculty). He has been involved in teaching and research in the areas of digital systems design, electronic design automation and computer architecture. . He has been a consultant to a number of industries and has participated in development of microcontroller/ microprocessor based products. He holds PhD from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Jatin Sharma-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Jatin has worked extensively in Computer Networks, graphics and hardware design including internships at EPFL, Lausanne and University of Trento, Trento in the areas of computer graphics and networks. He holds Masters and Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. In his spare time, Jatin is a keen sportsperson, regular in squash, tennis and golf. He adheres to sportsmanship whether it is on the field or life in general. Right from starting he has been instrumental in building the organization. Jatin is driving the Business Development of KritiKal and was instrumental in positioning KritiKal as the most reliable technology partner for its customers.

Nishant Sharma -Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Nishant is primarily responsible for giving technology leadership to KritiKal Solutions. He has also been actively involved in the business development activities of the company since inception. He has publications in reputed journals like JCSS(Journal for Computing and System Sciences) and FSTTCS(Foundations of Software Technology and Theoretical Computer Science) worked extensively in the areas of approximation algorithms, system verification, hardware design, operating systems, provably secure cryptography, FPGA design and others. He holds Masters and Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. From being a veritable geek at IIT, Nishant(known as NT among colleagues) has steadily matured into a Techno Managerial Role. With his focus on the long term vision and strong background in technology fundamentals he has driven KritiKal Solutions into a team with right balance of depth and breadth. He has been the key driver for building technical delivery processes within the organization.
Dipinder Sekhon - Director, Planning and Strategy
Dipinder Sekhon - Director, Planning and Strategy and Co-Founder
After leading KritiKal for the first five years as the founding CEO, Dipinder now drives future growth strategy and business planning in the company. He holds Masters and Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi, with specialisation in computer vision. Dipinder has been involved in all aspects of KritiKal's journey, including management and delivering of imaging projects, graduation of the company out of IIT Delhi's business incubator, spinning off KritiKal Securescan as a product subsidiary, venture fund infusion etc.
At a personal level, Dipinder devotes considerable time and effort towards Political and Governance reforms in India, and other developmental issues. He is a member of the Freedom Team of India, and other NGOs/efforts. He holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA - Public and Economic Policy) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Sciences-Po, Paris.
